INGREDIENTS: 2 cups chopped parsley • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes • 1/4 cup diced onions • 1/2 cup bulger wheat • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil • 2 1/2 capfuls lemon juice • a dash of fresh mint • 1/4 teaspoon salt • dash of black pepper
DIRECTIONS: Toss all ingredients together!
